no earths at lights

been asked to do a cu change so had a little look around and the only prob I can see is there are no earths at center lights or at switches ? Told the customer this would have to be sorted but she said she didnt want to go to that hassle , is it a must for me to insist on the lighting being rewired or can I do the cu change and just note it on the test sheet? cheers

yes you can change C.U. with no cpc on lighting but!

1: Check bonding complies with 17th
2o I/R test on Line / Neutral
3:Carry out risk assesment
