No links fitted in motor terminal box?

OK so what’s in the little box marked “electronic”?

Don't know, could be the limit switch or thermal overload.
It's not a manufacturer I've had experience of, just the first I came accross on the net.

The links are there to allow moters to be wired in either star or delta.
Perhaps as the motor is so small, it is intended for it to only be used in delta, perhaps the system uses a variable speed controller?

Could it be single phase, with the extra conductor to switch direction?

If you didn't identify the phase sequence, there is a 50/50 chance of the phase sequence to be wrong

Guess what? It ran just like it did before, so as my OP asked was regards the linking of terminals, then they were obviously linked internally.
