Nobo Electric Heater

Went to a job today where there are a couple of nobo e4eu153 wall hung heaters not working.

i have 230v coming in but the red light wont come on even with the thermostat turned up to max. I even tried disconnecting the programmable timer but no luck. Is there some sort of thermal cutout in these as I couldn't see anything that could be reset.

red power light doesn't come on with 230v so i'm sure it's not just the element ;0))

Maybe internal fuse/ link in their somewhere

ahh yer, didnt realise you said it 'wont' come on. my bad. You'll still hear the thermostat click even without power to prove that its still working. Is there power going to the heater?

Measured where?
L - N or L - E or both?

230v l-n and l-e. can't see anything that looks resettable inside like you would get in a storage heater

Well see how far the volatge goes if your comfortable in doing so.... I would say i am but then i again i shorted lightswitch with screwdriver in firestation yesterday , sha bang... Lights out

They wouldn't have had far to travel

and sometimes i turn light switch off and work away, did yesterday and wala emergency among fittings= , chargin current coming though me.. just a buzz but does wake you up after fish and chips @ 12 in the day
