Hello
Does anyone know where I can buy (if there is one) an adaptor that will allow me to change a regular plug in into this MK non-standard one without me actually rewiring a plug in? Attaching a picture of the socket in question. I bought a new plug in, but I don't know how to rewire and thus I was wondering if there is anyone here who would know if there is an adaptor for this?[ElectriciansForums.net] Nonstandard Socket Adaptor

If you don't know how to change the socket outlet,(no shame attached to you) then get a sparky in won't cost much.

the mk 647 is the plug you are looking for, but I am unaware of an adaptor, usually find a 4 way extension lead with this style of plug on it will do what I think you want it to do

The reason for these sockets is to prevent normal plugs been used. in essence they dont make an adaptor for that very reason... turn all power off and swap the socket for a new standard type or if unsure get a competent person in... this kind of job is very basic and DIY level.
