Glad you got it sorted, but it doesn't sound like your installers are too experienced in this field!

Now they have done the correction. Now my digital meter flashes "rEd". They did not know what it means. So I rang e.on, my supplier, and e.on said "rEd" means "reverse energy detected".
Now my meter won't clock up if I am using less than my PVs are generating.

I would like to say "Than You" to all of you.

Depending on how much electricty went back through the payment metre, you now will want to claim it back from your supplier, although if it hasn't been long, then it's probably not worth the hassle...
