What's this difference between the 2356 and the newer one 2357 as I'm currently doing my city & guilds level 3 and was planning to progress on to the 2356 but now has changed to the 2357 so was just wondering if there was any major differences?

not really just the numbers have changed, extra couple units are included in the 2357 (renewable energy) if youre too late to get the 2356 you may need to top up the extra units to get the 2357

yes providing you are enrolled on the old 2356, if not then you would need to enrol on the 2357 but will only need to cover the units that were not covered on your old 2356 to complete the nvq part

I am in the same position.

C & G emailed me back and basically as above.

You can transfer your 2330 level 2 and level into the 2357 + 1 unit ( renewable energy ).

Then you just have the practical assesments ( nvq 3 ) and the AM2.

Any queries drop me a PM.
