NVQ Log book evidence?

On my NVQ level 3 log book.. i need 1 piece of evidence for unit 303

It says the evidence i provide can be

Specs of the job
drawings/plans of the job
delivery sheets
photo's
test certs
operating destructions
witness statments
and Installed Photographs


The one im interested in is the Installed photograhps.. does it mean i can just go up to my work and take a photo of what i've done or do i still need to be in the photo working?? eventhough by installed im thinking they want evidence of the finished work??

Photos of work you've done or someone else has done.I don't think they will ever argue about it mate.

ahh sound its all basically because i did the job im writing about a year ago... and i still need 1 more bit of evidence for it and am struggling so .. im on the same site i was then but a diff job so i can nick a photo off there and shove that in. I then have to get 2 witness statements, and get it all signed and its alllllllll done

i was going to get my gaffer to get a few of the company headed letters and sign them saying that they agree i did the work.. i just done know what to get them to say.. something like.....


We of drakeset ltd agree that the work was undertaken by Matt on (whatever date)

then get signatures off my gaffer and a signature off my foreskin bloke and supervisor...



Its all kicking off man.. Am2 finished and im waiting on the results and now my logbook is nearly done gold card soon when my 17ths done

lol thank you. i hope so.. like they say reach for the sky, get the most out of it. and yeah thats true mate i've seen that very saying used alot

ok i made a few phone calls today and they said that i cant just take photo's of my finished work anymore as that was scrapped but as i've got an older copy of the log book its still in there he told me to just shove a witness statement in i just done know what to write on the witness statement?

Could anyone help me?
