I have seen alot of threads on here which states it has a nvq logbook. And when I was struggling to understand what I needed to include in my portfolio, I was disappointed to find all of the links were dead.

So this is the template logbook I have used

I have now nearly finished 1 of the 3 jobs...(just need to complete 302...the fault unit) to fully complete my 1st job, have got all peices all evidence for this job too!
