Company I'm working for has a digital software.
I had no RCD/RCBO on a bit 32A socket circuit , and it's bright it up under reg 411.3.3 (7.12.1 & 7.12.2)
Reading the rule it to me suggest all circuit should be rcb/RCBO protected if under 32A.

Other things I pointed out
32A commando socket hanging off
Plug Socket burnt out.
Light fittings (wired from a Fused spur) hanging off
Consumer unit door doesn't open fully. Said that could 5.1 of the tick sheet.
And under the isolation switch in the consumer unit (3phase) it's bent, looks like someone tried to take the cover off without turning it off (the paintwork had chipped off and it's bent inwards (maybe next time I'll bring a hammer and slap it back))

Someone suggested a napit c coding book

Ya should quit this job and look else where as no learning

I don't do forums that much, because lot of time it can end up drag queens comments.

I didn't ask about coding, I asked about the tick part of the form. But hay

Golden rule in class , don't stick hand up and ask questions.

May be posting some pictures to support your findings may get a better response, with regard to the tick box isn't that where you also code items that don't comply. On my certs the outcome options are

If you are not using standard forms / reports how are you coding what you have found

I see the confusion, and those regs state why it should be rcd protected….

What is the 7.12.1 and 7.12.2?
Special locations? Where on the site is this socket?

413.3.3 specifically concerns for socket outlets for mobile equipment for use outdoors.

For part (I), are the users of the equipment less capable or children?

For (II) is basically for outlets below 32A, so doesn’t apply

(Iii) also doesn’t apply for same reason

I personally don’t use software, as much of the time, there is a default entry that needs to be checked whether it needs filled in at all. I prefer a blank page and only fill in what I need to,

For the other issues, security of fixing would come into it… item 4.2 for distribution boards, 5.18 concerns condition of accessories.

Does your software not follow the example model forms in 7671?

I think there is confusion about what the actual question was that was asked
