Hi All,

Does anybody know of any electricity suppliers that are happy to take off-plan EPCs for new build properties?

I've got a client who's building a couple of new homes here and there, and although they'll have an electricity supply before August 1st, the building wont be completely finished, meaning that a completion EPC would have to wait until after August 1st; therefore missing the deadline for the higher rate tariffs.

Any help or assistance would be appreciated.

@GavinA - was the rejected EPC still in draft mode then? I'm guessing it wasn't lodged in Landmark - the national EPC database?

don't know, the customer jumped the gun a bit tbh, as we'd said to go back to the EPC assessor who'd done the off plan EPC and check, but they just sent it in.
