What they never tell you in these stories, and that is the need for a whole circumference tummy tuck (among others), which is a major operation. It's either that, or you'll be carrying around a good few kilo's of flabby skin hanging round your waist!! lol!!
Had an uncle that was around 28 to 30 odd stone, and he lived to a ripe old age of 85!! What was his occupation?? A London Transport area catering manager!! lol!! Mind, for his weight, he was a pretty fit guy, never heard him puff and wheeze, and he used to walk miles on a daily basis. Only used his car on high days and holidays... lol!!
