olci electrical courses

hi, i am from oxford i have been looking for elctrical courses in the colleges around unfortunatly you have to be on the waiting lit at least 2 years,so i was thinking to do it with OLCI as i rang them up nd quoted me 5800 pounds city and guild 2330 level 1 and 2 NVQ level 3 + 17th edition +part p + something else all for free if i take the full pack,is it the reasonable price? and anyone has done these courses before? is it worth? please any advice would be appriciated and any other good company run the same courses is very welcome before i blow up 6 grand.thanks.
