I know they are a little old now but would the old hager 63A 30Ma RCD main switch comply as the unit is 30Ma and trips well within .4 seconds at x5.
 
Not sure of the exact number. I think its a 5 or 6 way board. If the unit is 30Ma and disconnects within 0.4 doent this meet the requirments of the regs for circuits to be protected by rcd's. I know that a dual RCD and split the circuits up is the best way but doesnt the above meet req?
