Just a quick up date and follow up to my interview with a small family owned electrical firm.It had been 8 days since my interview and no news so i assumed the position had gone to a much more experienced spark than me ,then i receive nice phone call today from the owner asking if i want to work saturday/sunday rewireing a local doctors ,work includes conduit, singlecables, sockets ect as i was truthfull in the interview and stated that i have only done domestic work and no comm/ind work i was a bit daunted about pairing up to do the installation but his answer was come along have a go and see how you get on no pressure see how you like it ect.I thought the owner was very kind to do this for me so i do not jack in a full time job and go feet 1st and find its not for me .Its taken me over 4 yrs to get the courage to jump ship but even durring this very bad climet its nice know some people will still give people like me a break , moral is do not give up ,do not feel like you are on the scrap heap but keep chipping away at what you believe in and just may be it may come true
