How would you personally Code a Tubular Heater that was fixed to a Wall Horizontally with Two brackets.

The Heater being about a meter long but one bracket supporting it had the top half broken but supported by the Bottom section and the other bracket completely intact?

Just opinions & thoughts? C2 or C3

I know what I'd give it but I'll wait till the OP gives their opinion first.

Could you make a quick bodge bracket with some banding strip?

Ok.

I thought it was a C3. Inside a service kiosk, just needs a new fixing rather than a complete replacement. At my previous company I'd keep all sorts of fixings/brackets to make good installations to save the client money. However, there would be no issue if it did need a complete replacement.

No grill there was a bit of rubbish on the floor nowhere near the heater

The Reason I asked the question was because a Supervisor was angry at me for not coding it a C2 and went on to say it can't be repaired as no spares/brackets are available, he proceeded to almost pull it off the wall and kicked some rubbish underneath it saying it was a fire hazard although I understand from a company point of view it would be a money earner I'm the sort of person that would fix things rather than replace them unnecessarily. I've actually resigned from the outfit.

It was purely an off the top of my head example, but I'd say - accessible live parts C1 - inaccessible live parts C2 - 10 feet up in a locked room...
