Lol never mind, maybe my description wasn't clear. I wasn't asking how to fix it, I was asking more for what you would do if you found this on an inspection.. I understand it needs fixing, but how would you report it when it's like this.
 
If I were not going to fix it at the time then I would note it in the observations probably under a C3 and advise the users of the installation that care should be taken not to allow it to move as this could rapidly get more dangerous if the conductors work loose.
Probably feeling a bit of a fool as I recommend at least taping over the trunking until glue/a screw can be obtained.
 
C3 improvement recommended -strain on conductors. If the double socket is done up tight this should not happen. It must also be putting strain on the equipment and plug top.
