Should be doing a site specific risk assessment. Obviously didnt carry this out and therefore should be disciplined for not completing this important task in her job..... thats what happens at my firm when someone trips over anyway

If she wins it will change the definition of emergency. There will no longer be any emergency attendees as a full risk assessment and method statement will be required in writing, signed off by a senior officer before they can attend. Naturally these will be carried out 48hours before attendance required by the safety officer, who is specifically trained to seek out hazards.

And they say that we are not going backwards!!!!!!despair and disbelief.
