Hi,
Did a cu change in a house all ok but for one thing, the circuit for the oven was working ok before i started to do a cu change. Its a 6mm cable which runs under the floor for about 6 meters then up behind the units in to oven socket above the units. The problem is on the insulation test all the readings are 0.01 this was working before i did the cu. so under the I went, no damage to the cable any where so the next port of call was have I put a screw though it when putting the new cu up and again is the answer no. But when I test N - L or L-E one clamp on L one on N should i get continuity as the insulation test is so bad which I'm not. Their is nothing else plug in and is a dead short on it so no false reading. Its a straight run. help
