P I R help please

I have a PIR being carried out next week on a rented house and the circuit for lights down also serves one first floor bedroom , bathroom , w/c and passage way all situated on a mesanine floor at the back of the house .
lights up serves the 2 front beds and hall/ stairs 2 way
my question is if all measurements are within the limits and the CU is clearly labled, is this a code 4 as remedial work could not be carried out with the house occupied

If all the tests are good and no borrowed neutrals I would not code it at all IMO.
