Park homes

I have been asked to carry out a periodic inspection on a caravan site with static caravans only (not tourers ).
Can any one tell me if the maximum periods between inspections is the same for static parks as for touring parks?
and the same question for the caravans ?

the recommended interval between tests for caravans is 3 years and for caravan parks is 1 year as stated in GN3

Thanks Brizo, however the question was really is there a difference between static caravans/park homes and trouring caravans?

Caravans are Caravans static or not isnt mentioned

PIR every three But a Routine inspection every year, condition and function of accesories, RCD operation at a point in the circuit NOT in isolation, Zs at a socket and light fitting but again if there is no previous inspection report of any kind to compare with it,s a full EICR,
