Being 'part p' is only about being part of a scheme (NIC etc). There is no 'qualification' requiered to be 'part p'.

'Competent' is the only requirement as far as i can see.





I think i might go to learn to 'lay bricks'...that might take a week or 2.


Electricity should be governed like gas is.

EDIT, sorry didn't see there was a page 2! Thanks for explaining it, slowly learning more and more how much the council/governement are here to make your life more difficult and expensive than it needs to be. Australia here I come :D
the australia bit is the best idea iv'e seen to date. if i was in my 20's i'd be there if i had to swim the whole way.
