Hi guys been reading through the forum the last couple nights 2 questions i woul like answered
1 Part P registration i live and work in scotland and so i know we dont have it but if i get a contract for work in england do i need to be registered
or do i have to sub contract to someone who is.
2 Can anyone tell me if i have to inform labc or is this another southern regulation.
cheers guys

If you do domestic work in England you will need to be Part p registered UNLESS you notify the LABC involved prior to doing the work, this involves paying out money as well.

You only need to inform LABC if you are doing any work which is notifiable under the Part P remit, you will have to have a nosey around to get the full list of what is and ins't notifiable.

Cheers..........Howard
