Can I register as part p when working for another company as I'm starting to pick up a lot of private work I'm just unsure how far i can go with still being employed for example can I obtain public liability insurance ?

May not be the best idea - I'd check what your employment contract says or you could get dismissed rather sharpish!Don't tell him. Unless he calls you wanting an Electrician lol
