If I completed the above course, would I be allowed to go up a lamp post in a cherry picker ?

IPAF is the one you want for cherry pickers and scissor lifts.

Thats the one most people do, I have 3a and 3b. You would need 1b if it's a vehicle mounted cherry picker. PASMA is for scaff towers.

Im told it's mounted on a LWB sprinter van.
1B, Thanks mate I've just checked, it's around the same price - 200 ish

be careful with that one. they tend to fall over when the sprinter rots away under them.

Ha ha I wouldn't go up if it was a rusty old crate of a van. Unless the money was good, and the fall looked survivable eg no wheelchairs involved.
