Stroma do seem to have a thing for this. Personally I think it is ridiculous and probably more dangerous as its a right faff to get the cover over the locking unit.
Have you had any sort of confirmation Lee? I had my assessment on the 17th Feb and the assessor said they give out the accreditation on a Friday so if it wasn't the 19th it would be the following (26th) but I haven't had any emails, unless it comes through the post?

· Formal qualifications E.G. NVQ level 3, city & guilds 2360 or equivalent.
· Onsite guide
· Calibration certificates
· Electricity at work regulations
· Public liability insurance for £2 million
· 2391 or above if carrying out periodics
· 2 passport size photographs
· A CV listing 2 years + experience
I guess coming from the C&G2330 i didnt have the 2yr experience
I only looked because NICEIC are demanding ÂŁ516/yr this year for 17/05
and then my test date is about Mid August time 24/08 was when i got tested
Generally there should be some questions specific to Part P of the building regulations, so you should be able to answer those easily, possibly some questions about other parts of the building regulations but nothing too taxing.
There will also be general questions normally about RCD protection and Zs limits.
You can always look up answers you are not sure about, but you should be aware of the basics straight off.
