Yeh just thought I'd mention it as my brother put an old gerrard turntable on ebay and got a few hundred for it from a guy in china who even sent a courier to pick it up as he was a member of the Gerrard firm and was putting together a collection of their historical items.

reminds me, we got an old dansette auto-change record player (c.1962) in the attic.

Your old Dansette could be worth a few Bob tel, They certainly sell well.
