PAT testing

Just a quick one, that is bugging me
Do I need to re-PAT test a desk fan if I remove a fuse and replace it with the same rated fuse??

Why did you remove the fuse in the first place?

To put in something else, and that blew it, so I have scrapped that device, which left me fuseless for the fan...

I don't see why you would, as long as you put the right kind of fuse in.
