Thanks Steve, just what I was looking for as the NIC package is a bit too expensive for someone just starting out.
Can I generate my own certificate numbers? You have to purchase the certificate numbers from the NIC if you are using their certificate software.
I don't suppose you have a minor works certificate as well?

Many Thanks.

Paul.

hi steve
they are great was going to ask does anyone have editable certs as my writing is shocking
cheers for posting will look a lot more proffessional than the written ones i would be scrawling on
do you have editable MEIWC and PIR certs cheers

Its time we electricians did something that benefited ourselves, instead of the milking industry we actually work in

In this case all thanks to steve for doing just that
I'm sure these certificates will be welcomed by, and used by many sparks, who find reading their own scribbles difficult, never mind the reciever of those masterpieces

chees mate for your effort
do you also have editable certs for PIRs and MEIWC certs as the ones you have done already are really useful and will look more professional than certs that have been filled in by hand thanks

Sort of on topic....Does it really matter what colour your certs are, eg Red, Green, Blue. If your not NIC registered, can you still issue your EIC in a red format?

Cheers :D

Hi mate
I think NIC prefer you to use there green ones if you are not registered and intend to register with them the red ones i think are for approved contractors but not deffo because i am not registered with nic but apart from that i think some use the green ones for domestic and i dont see it matters unless the body you register with may request it somebody else may know better mate

If you are not registered with a governing body dont think it matters mate but maybe someone else can tell you

Ive just finished making a PIR form, my reading of permitted use says its ok as long as Im not selling them, which I aint.

please check it over carefully, I think its all there, let me know of any errors, and I will correct.
