Pe pre test lighting up

Hi.

I’m trying to install an ev charge point and the Pe pre test is lighting up. Done all the test on the supply cable and they came back as fine. Any help on this one please? It’s a fluke fev300 and with the 1660c

I have tried it on the charge point I was installing and the one at home and it lights up on both.
