UK Hypervolt/EV Charger showing falling voltage ?

Hi all

Looking for some wisdom
I installed a Hypervolt charger (the most recent model which is no longer available for direct purchase fr Hypervolt)
It’s on a smart octopus setup
Works perfectly fine on scheduled charge
But when doing an Octopus ‘bump charge’ , Hypervolt says voltage falls to 207v and shuts off.

It tests fine, distance is 3m from main board. Using 6mm EV ultra cable for connection.
Connected to a spare way using a 40A Type A breaker bidirectional ) on the main board
There is a ct clamp for fuse saving

Have I done something wrong ?
Or is this a unit or software issue?

I take it you mean a type A rcd/rcbo

Seems like it something to do with this bump charge…. If it works ok other times.
What is the bump charge?

Yes, RCbo

The bump charge is an octopus term that refers to charging outside their scheduled night time charging (when costs might be more expensive )

It may be that when charging in the day when other loads are on, the voltage is dropping.
have you checked the input voltage when charging?
