pendant in bathroom

Hi all
doing a job in a house and the client wants me to put a pendant in the bathroom, now the ceilings are quite high (2550) and i have some short 6" pendants so well outside of the zones. Do you think i should push the customer for a proper bathroom fitting or even use a batten holder.

Oh dear, I have a pendant in my bathroom, in zone 2. A few mm to the right and it would be in zone 1... I don't have to worry about standing on the edge of the bath to change the bulb, as it is easy to reach standing in it.
