pendent problems BIG TIME

Just first fixed a new lighting circuit it a domestic dwelling I've wired it in 6mm t&e to avoid any vd over the 20m circuit. Now here's the tricky bit how the hell do I second fix this into a pendent, I was thinking of cutting some strands of the cores, will this comply with bs7672?

Over 20 meters, ....Wow!! I bet every standard domestic lighting circuit in the UK is over 20m, and they are wired in 1mm or 1.5mm!! lol!! This IS a joke isn't it??

BS7673 says in this situation forget the pendant and wire it into a socket and leave it dangling...then wire some singles to a plug and then via a voltage optimizer wire it to 500w floodlight...thus providing heating and lighting...simple science...

Do you not own a copy of BS7673 the dummies guide to lectrics?...
