Someone posted a thread about showing pictures of boards the other day. Here is one I saw today. Brand new install by an electrician apparently with 20+ years experience

Yes, I know my earth sleeving is bigger than yours, size doesn't matter, it's how you use it.

(And I know there's no main switch in the board, everything is being fed from the communal riser.)

Holding well nearly holding tails in place, looks lipe P clips could be wrong, either way they look too big
