Hi,
Does anyone know how to wire Pilz PNOZ safety relays in electrical control panels.
I have wired several panels in the past, but in my new job these safety relays are standard.;)

How are they wired into the safety circuit.
The leaflet that comes with a new unit is not easy to understand if you have not wired one before.

you should have terminals labelled S11/S12, S21/S22, etc, then terminals labelled, perhaps 13/14,23,/24, i use a lot of different manufacturers but this should point you in the right direction. wire a series loop of E-stops beginning at S11 and returning at S12. do the same for the other S loops if you need to, otherwise loop/short them. when these circuits are intact you will be able to reset the relay and this will pull in K13/14, K23/24, what you want to wire through these is dependent on application, hope this helps;)
