Guys I need some advice please

We did a PIR for a landlord, it threw up two code 1's resulting on the Estate agents refusing to let the propery until sorted.

The work is now complete.

What paperwork can I give to the estate agent to prove the installation is safe?

Is there a notice of compliance?

The landlord lives in NZ so everything is thru the agents

Cheers

As it was you who did the PIR and the remedial works, you should do MWC or EIC (as appropriate) for the repairs and then you could re-issue your PIR, now with a satisfactory rating.
In this situation I would probably have not issued the original PIR without discussing it with the client first. If they agreed to remedial works, do these and issue certs, then issue PIR. Reduces confusion with the pen pushers who can only see a PIR with unsatisfactory and haven't seen the other certs.
