10mm bonding cable leaving board, previous test says cable bonded under floor to water main which stop cock is in living room. I have recorded this as a code 3, as unable to confirm connection, but a long lead test proves a bond under 0.02 ohms

I always c3 everything relating to bonding connections if I can't verify it visually but it's been proved.
