Yes so keep the brown blue from board at pir and take black from board via key switch to em light? Then out of pir s/l, neutral and earth to each light fitting? Is this correct?

All wired in singles in conduit. I’ve take the 4 singles straight from board to pir. Don’t think cables are long enough to go to first fitting instead now either..
I ask again, why blue? But hey, as you are in trouble:-
No colours! Live-Neutral to PIR, switched side of PIR + Neutral to non ER lights. For EL, permanent live at PIR + Neutral to EM via key switch. Depending on what EM lights you have you may also need a switched live (from the PIR).

Thanks.. So right now I have live neutral earth and permanent live at pir fed from the board. Permanent live is via a key switch. So can I just wire out of pir now to each light fitting? The issue I had was I didn’t think I needed permanent live at the pir from board

Even if you do not need a key switched permanent line at the PIR you can just use the PIR as a junction point for that core and carry it on to the EM fittings. You can also loop the PL at the non EM fittings in the same way if you need to.
If the EM lights do not need switched line from the PIR (dependent on type of fitting) then do the same with the switched line.
Always run the cpc to each point of connection.
