pir sensor,light & fan

I've got a load of these to do and just wondering what y'all would recommend.Bathroom with pir sensor controlling light & timer fan(fan via isolator)I have been told that they don't
want pir on isolator?.MY preference would be to run lne to isolator first then 4core flex to pir then another 4 core flex from isolator to light then looping to fan.I personally would prefer to be able to switch off light from isolator for maintenance purposes as the dist board is 65m away....Just wondering how the rest of you would go about it?

Flush mount PIR in bathroom ceiling, wired as you have suggested, but i would insist on an isolator for PIR.

But will the PIR fan also run a light? Can the PIR output be wired into?

Sorry the fan can't control lighting, still trying to fathom what he wants to do.

The Isolator for the fan would be after the PIR whats wrong with an isolator for the fan fed from the light as per usually and a key switch for the PIR for maintenance of the light or do they want the fan totally separate from the light?.

Thanks for your thoughts,I tried putting my concerns that there is no facility to isolate the light for maintenance purposes but was told that the maintenance wouldn't be our concern and that there wasn't enough money on the job to install additional"un necessary" switches,so will just have to do as they want...the fan "isolator"is actually required for switching purposes,if the run on is anoying the old folks....lot of balls I know.
