Hi guys just wondered what you charge for a domestic P I R would like some guidance on this:tounge_smile:

Thanks.....

Depends on the size of the installation and location, ballpark ÂŁ50 + ÂŁ20 per circuit. That's a 3 bed house (7 circuits avg) for around ÂŁ190 (and yes you can do 10 a day of them ... NOT).

A reasonable fee to charge would be on a ÂŁ20 per room basis, not including hallways or bathrooms normally, and another ÂŁ20 for each floor. So a two bedroom flat with a kitchen and lounge would come in at ÂŁ80 + ÂŁ20 for the one floor. A three bedroom semi with kitchen, lounge and dining room would come in at ÂŁ120 + ÂŁ40 for the two floors.

You need to to allow time for the report to be done and if that means you have no time left in the day to do another job you should charge your day rate.
