at that rate he might just manage 10 bends / shift.Why use a spring???
And on the matter of 20mm white conduit, don't buy screwfix version the walls are to thin internally and the pipe kinks when bending.
That's how I do it Lee, loop it through , using singles stranded, piece of red was on my spring for years.I feed a bit of 1.5 single through the spring so when you pull it back it's not stretching it.
why not? something i've never tried but....Oh, and as for sending a pull wire right through the spring... Don't! ;-)
I think that might have been me, always have used that method for many years.When I got my first spring recently, I remembered reading that from a member on the forum so down the middle and tied on the loop with a 2.5 CPC. Seems like a better way to me but without scientific reviews! there will be no proof one way or t'other!
