plastic conduit bends?

Guys, as guidelines state that inner radius of a conduit bend should be a minimum of 2.5 X the diameter of the conduit diameter what on earth can you use the "right angled" plastic conduit bends that are sold??

I'd rather do galv than pvc any day of the week! Getting a knee bend right angle in PVC is just awful!

Bending radii is extremely important. It's not as if anyone ever bends a wire at 90 degrees when making it look nice in a CU...

I find my knee gives a good radius

until you knacker it bending plastic conduit/spring and end up limping for months
