PLEASE tell me Im not mad.!!!!!

Within a communal Garage block of 11x units, currently fed through a Communal supply, has taken it on himself to employ a sparky to run an independent SWA up and across his Garage flat roof and several other independently owned flat garage roofs to the the Communal supply.

The SWA is just laid across the other owners roofs. He has Nylon stuffers at either end.

My question is:-
What right has he to lay a cable across other garage roofs with consent.????

Contact the Freeholder / Management company / whoever you pay rent to for either the garage or if it's associated with a property, the property.
It's extremley unlikey that the person concerned has permission / agreement to run the cable over the roofs.

There's the added issue of whether that person also intends to exceed the supply rating / permitted consumption if fixed within the rental agreement e.g for use for a single light only.

Wont be long and you'll see people putting there washing back on them!
