Guys, I'm looking to leave BT after 9 years. I completed a 3 year apprenticeship before moving in to the planning office to perform the role of electrical designer, and as result I have limited practical experience. Please suggest what courses will benefit me to improve my employability when applying for jobs that focus on domestic and commercial work.

I have completed the following qualifications; Electrical at work regulations 1989, B-Tech (Level 3) Electronics and Electrical engineering, C&G2382 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations including 17th Edition, amendment 1.

Internal qualifications; Electricians part 1 - Safe use of hand tools, Electricians part 2 - Introductions to electricity, Electricians part 3 - Introductions to electrical installations, Electricians part 4 Installation & basic design, Electricians part 5 BS7671 Compliance checking.

Look forward hearing from you...
