Hi ladies and gents,

A week or so ago, i set up an e-petition, to highlight the large electrical companies that constantly strive to take away our terms and conditions of employment. They want a hire and fire workforce, who bend to their whims. They dont want to pay us holiday pay or sick pay, which is a right given to PAYE employees. We don't want to be bogus self employed, we want to be PAYE employed, and we want the means to support our families, not having to worry about falling ill and losing our jobs, or injuring ourself in our highly dangerous jobs, and not being able to feed our wives and kids.

Please support us, and in doing so support yourselves,

Stop the exploitation of skilled tradesmen by large profitable companies, who seek to remove our basic employment conditions. - e-petitions
