Hi Everyone, New to the site, newly qualified Part P installer. I have encountered two properties which appear to be TT systems with ZE readings of 65 and 100 ohms, on live testing ring main ZS results 0.5ohms and 0.56 ohms. There is no PME earthing connections at DNO cutout fuse. Does this mean the DNO have connected neutral and earth at the pole? How do I know if it is PME? Cheers guys.

well well well.

and here we go again...

OK:

its all about the PFC here....

do a Zpn...then a Zpe...check results on PFC...

if the same then its more than likely to be a TN-C-S

can you tell us why?

answer please:

Morning Glenn i said it once but you ignored me i can get offended ya know

Yes mate but i am being the bigger man, and trying to spread the love. which could be hard work with youand tony :(

I've just spoken to him, he's more grumpy than me!

Well I spoke to Glenn the other night on the phone for the 1st time and it lasted over an hour and we didn't run out of things to say which is always a good sign in my book, the guy is clued up on his stuff and a really nice lad with it, he had me in stitches a few times.
And Tony there is not a man alive more grumpy than you, and you better bloody keep it that way.

 you think you'll get an answer

It's just a matter of time with glenn he tends to very caringly and subtly apply pressure with his boot to the victim's windpipe, and hey presto they tell him what he needs to know :sweatdrop:
