pre reqs are

17th edition....!
studying 2330 level 3 or have studied and completed 2330 or equivilant
clean and tidy (that includes brushing teeth)
having a set of hand tools

a keen interest in learning as im giving uo my time to help you!
be willing to work for free as per above statement!!

obviously if you are worthy of payment i will indeed possibly pay you! (but this is learning experience not a job offer!!!)

Just read countless threads on the industry not treating it's employees right. I support Durham in this it's a great opportunity & I know that I would have taken it if i had no work even for just a reference. Alarm man.. It does seem that when it suits people it's ok for this but in other threads it suits people to argue the ---- over it and constantly go on and on.

its not exactly taking someone as a slave,its giving someone the practical side when all they have is the quals,he's not asking for jib spark to work for free.

What's the difference in a jib spark and any other spark? Thought you were all for one.It's when it suits and when you all want to jump on the bandwagon and witch hunt users of this forum.like a thread started today. I rest my case. I have nothing more to add.Btw Durham no offence it's a good offer for someone learning.
