Hi,i have been asked to price a large restaraunt.I have never priced a job of this size or nature so can anyone give me some advice on where to start,what i need to know and any good priceing guide publications suitable for the job.

Same as a small job. Break it down into small chunks. Make sure you write everything down, make sure your quote/estimate is detailed.
