PRICING ... occupied full rewire surface trunking

Hi, peeps! Just wondering what price roughly would be a 3 bed full rewire all surface trunking and occupied(carpet ,furnature,beds 2 man job.Im located in south wales.The basic specs are as follows-
15x doubles skts
3xsingle skts
8xpendants
2xbattons
10xlight switches
10mm shower 13m
6mm cooker 8m
20amp immersion supply
2xlightin circuits
3x rings
Smoke circuit
2xsmokes
1xheat
2xout lights customer supplied
17th fuse high integrity
1x6amp RCBO
Bonding ,earth upgrade and tails.
Basic plastic


Need a competitive price but don’t want to work for nowt .cheers

im from the valleys id say between £2000 and £2500

I'd probably do it for £2500, but not with 2 men (i would have it all for myself)

why not work out how long it will take you, then work out your materials and lump the two togther!

Then you have your price, i would look at it and think how much you need it. Do you go lower on the labour and make sure you put in a great price?

Look at your situation and if it is bad something is better than nothing, surley. Its lottery though aint it?

prices seem fine as posted but i would add 10-20% to allow for all the time you and your mate will take to be shuffling furniture about.

Thanks for all your post peeps. Il prob go for £2200 as i need the work lol. There will no doubt be sum unregistered bloke doing it cheaper but hey.
