Are these any good?

Just got the CPC catalogue and they're selling them for pretty cheap.

Used this before on a job i didnt specify, awful stuff. Stick with a named brand. Has anyone seen the stuff being sold in screwfix lately? Think the brand was 'BG'............breakers for ÂŁ4, rcbo's for ÂŁ16..........how can they knock this stuff out so cheap!
