hi everyone , this is my first time on this forum , anyway this is my story why I am here writting to you ,

6 month ago my mother and father in-law wanted to change the lighting in the new house they bought and they find a set of light from homebase they really like , because they was eco halogene bulb so lots of light very bright I tried to told them to go for LED but I tend not to argue with my father inlaw (waste of time ) so I let them choose what they wanted .
I change all the light, no problem couple of week later they told me they had to change 2 bulb light , so I said maybe it was a bad lots of light and to get some from a diffente shop , but light bulb keep blowing , every so often and the last month even more, and is always when we turn the light on but no when they are already on and this happen on all 5 light set so I bought a LED 5 years warranty 25000 hours life time Philips , and this low after 2 days !!!! It s cost my £10.99 for 1 light so Then I decided to check the voltage coming out , surprise 286V to 290V coming out so I call southwest power to told then what reading a got ,
later on the guys ( I had to go to work so I wasn t able to be there when he came out )but he could not find anything wrong with the voltage , so I took a picture from the reading so you tell me what you think ?

this is the reading in my in-law

and now the reading in my house

my Reading is 230 to 235 Volt

so what should I do next ? I am pretty sure the bulb light blow because of to high voltage

is anyone had this problem before?
